Shalimar Paints AGM approves Rs.3.50 dividend

Shalimar Paints Ltd has announced that the members at the 104th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 21, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend on the equity shares of the Company at the rate of Rs 3.50 per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2006.
