Prashant India Ltd sells land and building of textile division at Palsana

Prashant India Ltd. has on July 17, 2025 registered the sale deed with the office of Sub-registrar, Palsana in respect of N.A. Industrial Land & Building of Textile Division situated at Palsana in favor of Shantilon Poly Private Limited.

The total consideration amount is Rs. 10 crore, out of which Rs. 1 crore was received by the Company on 31.03.2025, and the remaining Rs. 9 crore was received in tranches prior to the registration of sale deed.
