The Board of Directors of Simplex Realty Limited at its meeting held on today i.e. 16th July, 2025, has considered and approved the investment in its subsidiary i.e. Simplex Modern Homes Private Limited (SMHPL), for an aggregate value of Rs. 35,00,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Crore Only), by way of subscription to its 9% Redeemable Preference Share capital.

SMHPL is a subsidiary of Simplex Realty Limited. SMHPL is engaged in the business of Real Estates.
