Marathon Nextgen Reality & Textiles Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2006, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2006.

2. To discuss and consider sub-division of equity shares of the Company.
