Premier Synthetics Ltd enters into MOU with Sunsky Seals Pvt Ltd

Premier Synthetics Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with M/s Sunsky Seals Private Limited (CIN: U36999GJ2017PTC096433), located at Surendranagar, Gujarat on today i.e. 04th July, 2025.

M/s. Sunsky Seals Private Limited is a private limited Company engaged in the business of manufacturing of polycarbonate plastic seals.

After execution of the MOU, the Company will manage the business operations related to manufacturing of polycarbonate plastic seals of Sunsky Seals Private Limited and will earn consideration in form of commission income which is estimated at Rs.55 lacs for F.Y.2025-26.

Shares of PREMIER SYNTHETICS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 19.24 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 19.89. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2637 in over 21 trades.
