Aurobindo Pharma Ltd to invest in Swarnaakshu Solar Power Pvt Ltd, purchase captive solar power

Aurobindo Pharma Ltd had earlier announced that it would enter into a captive solar power purchase agreement and acquire upto 26% stake in Swarnaakshu Solar Power Private Limited ("Swarnaakshu") by June 30, 2025. Pending receipt of state government approval for setting up a captive solar power plant, the required investment for acquiring 26% in Swarnaakshu will be completed on or before September 30, 2025, subject to the receipt of approval from the concerned state government.

Shares of Aurobindo Pharma Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1135.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1122.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 66879 in over 3309 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1159.35 and intraday low of 1130.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 76574412.00.
