RBI approves reappointment of Mr. Pralay Mondal as MD and CEO of CSB Bank Ltd

Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") vide letter dated June 12, 2025, has conveyed its approval in terms of Section 35B of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, for reappointment of Mr. Pralay Mondal (DIN: 00117994) as Managing Director & CEO of the Bank for a period of three (3) years with effect from September 15, 2025.

The Bank will seek approval of the shareholders for the said reappointment within the prescribed time as per the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations.

Shares of CSB Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 388.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 388.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9513 in over 570 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 394.00 and intraday low of 386.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3711280.00.
