R Systems International Board Meeting on Oct 28, 2006

R Systems International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 28, 2006, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2006.

Further the Company has informed that, the management proposes to take the approval of the board for making an investment of Rs 20 Crores (approx) for the procurement of land & development thereon under the Noida Authority Scheme or under any other best available alternative for Expansion of Capacity, by way of an additional item on the agenda of the board meeting scheduled to be held on October 28, 2006.
