Nicco Parks Board recommends 12% dividend

Nicco Parks & Resorts Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 24, 2006, inter alia, has proposed a Dividend at the rate of 12% (Rs 1.20 per share) on the face value of the equity shares (Rs 10/- face value) for the year ended on September 30, 2006, compared to 12% dividend on equity shares declared in the last year ended on September 30, 2006.
