Satra Properties Board declares 10% interim dividend

Satra Properties India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 24, 2006, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Declared a Dividend @ 10% i.e. Rs 1/- per share as an Interim Dividend for the year 2006 - 2007.

2. Decided to delegate powers to Mr Praful N Satra, Chairman & Managing Director and Mrs Minaxi P Satra, Director of the Company to bid for various tenders from time to time and issue the requisite power of attorney for the same.

3. Reviewed the amalgamation of the Company with Om Housing Company Pvt Ltd.
