H G Infra Engineering Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of H.G. Infra Engineering Limited has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.00/- per equity share (20%) of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 23rd Annual General Meeting('AGM') of the Company, which if approved, shall be paid within thirty days from the conclusion of the AGM.
