Taparia Tools Board to declare interim dividend

Taparia Tools Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 31, 2006, inter alia, for considering and approving Unaudited Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2006.

Further the Company has informed that, in the above referred meetings, in addition to above, the proposal for declaring Interim Dividend for f.y. 2006-2007 will be considered.
