Alphageo India Board to issue warrants to promoters

Alphageo India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 24, 2006 has considered the proposal of issue of warrants to the Promoters and Associates on preferential basis in compliance with SEBI preferential offer guidelines and approved towards consideration of the same in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
