Atlanta to form JV with Thakural Constructions, issue warrants to promoters

Atlanta Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 23, 2006, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Decided to enter in to Joint venture with Thakural Constructions for new real state projects and approved the joint venture agreement.

2. Decided to preferential issue of warrants for 27 lac equity shares convertible into equity shares to the promoters of the Company and other strategic investors.

3. To convene an extraordinary meeting of the members of the Company on November 23, 2006 for seeking approval of the members for the preferential issue of warrants.
