Sonata Software Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 4.40

The Board of Directors of Sonata Software Ltd has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 4.40/- per Equity share (440% on par value Re. 1/-) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025 and the Final Dividend is payable subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend, subject to the approval of shareholders, will be dispatched / credited within 30 days from the date of ensuing AGM. We shall inform you in due course, the date on which the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held.
