DMCC Speciality Chemicals Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of DMCC Speciality Chemicals Limited has recommended Final Dividend of 25% (Rs. 2.50/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The said dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days of AGM of the Company.
