Nagarjuna Agrichem Board recommends 20% interim dividend

Nagarjuna Agrichem Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 24, 2006 has recommended payment of interim dividend to the shareholders of the company at the rate of 20% on the total paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company.
