PVR Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 31, 2006, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. The Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter / half year ended September 30, 2006.

2. The issue of Warrants to the Promoters of the Company.
