JSW Infrastructure Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.80

The Board of Directors of JSW Infrastructure Limited have recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.80/- per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- (40%) to the Members of the Company for declaration at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The dividend recommended as above, if declared by the Members of the Company at the forthcoming 19th Annual General Meeting, shall be paid/dispatched, subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable, within 30 days from the date of the Annual General Meeting.
