Punjab and Sind Bank recommends dividend of Rs. 0.07

The Board of Directors of Punjab & Sind Bank at its meeting held on April 29, 2025, has considered and recommended Dividend of Rs.0.07 per equity share (i.e.0.70%) of face value of Rs.10/- each to the shareholders of the Bank for the year 2024-25, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank.
