FDC Ltd to expand Liquid Oral facility at Sinnar Plant

The Board of Directors of FDC Ltd at its Board meeting held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 has considered and approved the proposal for expansion of Liquid Oral facility at Company's Sinnar Plant.

The investment required for the expansion is approx. INR 140 Crores which will funded through internal accruals.

The proposed capacity addition is for sustaining growth, meeting market demand, and exceeding customer expectations.

Shares of FDC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 423.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 420.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1141 in over 170 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 425.25 and intraday low of 412.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 479331.00.
