Vimta Labs Ltd recommends 1:1 bonus issue

The Board of Directors of Vimta Labs Ltd have recommended to the shareholders for their approval issue of bonus equity shares in the proportion of 1:1, i.e., 1 (One) bonus equity share of Rs. 2/ each for every 1 (One) fully paid up equity share held as on the record date. The record date for reckoning eligible shareholders entitled to receive bonus shares will be communicated later.
