PTC India Ltd approves interim dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of PTC India Limited ("Company") at its meeting held today i.e. 26th April, 2025 have considered and approved the payment of interim dividend at the rate of 50% (Rs. 5/- per equity shares of Rs. 10/- each) for financial year 2024-2025.

Monday 5th May, 2025 has been fixed as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the name of members / beneficial owners entitled to receive the Interim Dividend.

Shares of PTC India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 179.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 186.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 255151 in over 3609 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 187.00 and intraday low of 178.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 46193103.00.
