Sodhani Academy of Fintech Enablers Ltd enters into Training Agreement with Value Innovation pvt Ltd

Sodhani Academy of Fintech Enablers Limited ("SAFE") has entered into a Training Agreement with Value Innovation Private Limited ("VIL").

As per the terms of the agreement, the consideration payable under the contract will be contingent upon the number of training sessions conducted by SAFE. Accordingly, the value of the contract is between INR 50 lakhs to INR 1 crore.

This association is aimed to collaborate on providing Hybrid Training Services, Consulting Services, and Recruitment Services to support the learning and development of Value Innovation Private Limited employees and deployed resources, including those at client locations.

This agreement is expected to strengthen the Company's position in the domain of professional training and fintech enablement, enhancing its service footprint and industry linkage.
