Macrotech Developers Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 4.25

The Board of Directors of Macrotech Developers Limited ('the Company') at its meeting held today, i.e. April 24, 2025 has, approved the recommendation of final dividend of ₹ 4.25, i.e., 42.50% per equity share of ₹ 10/- each of the Company. The Final Dividend will be paid to the shareholders holding equity shares on the record date to be determined by the Company after approval of the members at the ensuing 30th Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Macrotech Developers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1303.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1320.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 281531 in over 9958 trades.
