L&T Technology Services Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 38

The Board of Directors of L&T Technology Services Limited has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 38/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The Company will pay the proposed Final Dividend within 30 days after approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The record date for the purpose of determining shareholders eligible to receive dividend and the date of AGM, shall be intimated in due course.
