Tech Mahindra Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 30

The board of directors of Tech Mahindra Ltd has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 30/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 5/- each (600%) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025, subject to the Members' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.

The Final dividend recommended is in addition to Interim Dividend of Rs. 15/- per Equity Share on Face Value of Rs. 5/- each i.e. 300% in November 2024.

The total dividend for FY 2024-25 will be Rs. 45/- per equity share on par value of Rs. 5/- each i.e. 900%.

Shares of Tech Mahindra Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1461.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1446.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 217599 in over 10170 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1474.60 and intraday low of 1376.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 314646916.00.
