Update on USFDA inspection at manufacturing facility of Medispray in Kundaim, Goa, India

The United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) conducted inspection at the manufacturing facility of Medispray Laboratories Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company ('Medispray') located in Kundaim, Goa, between 14th - 20th January, 2025, now the USFDA, via email communication dated 11th April, 2025 (received by Medispray), has classified the above-referred inspection as Voluntary Action Indicated (VAI).

Shares of Cipla Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1515.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1496.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 41322 in over 4072 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1521.75 and intraday low of 1489.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 62382214.00.
