Route Mobile announces changes to its Board of Directors

Route Mobile Limited ("Route Mobile"), (NSE: ROUTE, BSE: 543228), a leading global CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) provider to enterprises, over-the-top (OTT) players, and mobile network operators, announced the following changes to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Guillaume Antoine Boutin, Chairman (Non-Executive, Non-Independent) Director of Route Mobile Limited, has tendered his resignation with effect from April 17th, 2025, due to his pre-occupation and other personal commitments. The Board has noted the resignation and places on record its sincere appreciation for his remarkable contribution during his tenure with the Company and wishes him the very best in his future endeavors.

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mark James Reid, (Non-Executive, NonIndependent) Director of the Company as the new Chairman of the Board and Company with effect from April 17th 2025. Mr. Reid currently serves as the Financial Lead of the Proximus Group and as CEO ad interim of Proximus Global, and he is acting as Board member of BICS and of Proximus Global. He brings a wealth of experience in global telecommunications and enterprise solutions. His leadership is expected to further strengthen Route Mobile's strategic direction and governance framework.

Finally, the Board has appointed Mr. Jan Van Acoleyen as an Additional (Non-Executive, Non-Independent) Director on the Board of Route Mobile with effect from April 16th 2025. Mr. Van Acoleyen is the Human Capital Lead and CEO ad interim of the Proximus Group, and a Board member of BICS, Telesign, MWingz, Proximus Pension Fund and Proximus Global. He also serves as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of BICS and as Chairman of the Board of Be-Mobile. A seasoned executive with deep expertise in digital transformation and human capital strategy, Mr. Van Acoleyen will offer valuable perspectives as Route Mobile continues to expand its global footprint.

These appointments mark a new chapter in Route Mobile's journey, reinforcing its commitment to strong leadership, innovation, and sustainable growth.
