Ami Organics Ltd to change name as Acutaas Chemicals Ltd

The Board of Directors of Ami Organics Limited ("the Company") has at its meeting held today i.e. April 16, 2025, approved the change in the name of the Company from "Ami Organics Limited" to "Acutaas Chemicals Limited", and the consequential alteration in the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association to give effect to the same. This change is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and other statutory and regulatory authorities, as may be required.

Shares of Ami Organics Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2354.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2261.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10737 in over 1526 trades.
