The Board of Directors of Shantai Industries Limited, in their Board Meeting held on today, i.e. on Monday, April 14, 2025, at the Registered Office of the Company, which was commenced at 04:00 P.M. and concluded at 04:30 P.M., have approved Friday, May 09, 2025 as the Record date for sub-division of 1 (One) Equity Share of the company of the face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each fully paid up into 5 (Five) Equity Shares of the Company of face value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two Only) each fully paid up."
