Sasken Technologies completes acquisition of Borqs Technologies to Strengthen IoT and 5G Product Engineering Capabilities

Sasken Technologies Limited (NSE: SASKEN, BSE: 532663), a leading global provider of product engineering and digital transformation services, announced that it has completed acquisition of BORQS International Holding Corp on April 8, 2025. This follows the announcement made on November 09, 2024, by the Company of its intent to acquire ODM and software services business of Borqs Technologies, Inc. (Borqs)

Shares of Sasken Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1387.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1295.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2791 in over 589 trades.
