Info Edge India Ltd fixes April 14, 2025 as record date for stock split

The Board of Directors of Info Edge (India) Limited at their meeting held today i.e. on Monday, April 14, 2025, has fixed May 07, 2025 as the "Record Date", for determining entitlement of Equity Shareholders for the purpose of sub-division/ split of existing Equity Shares of the Company, such that 1 (one) equity share having face value of ₹ 10/- (Rupees ten only) each, fully paid-up, will be sub-divided into 5 (five) equity shares having face value of ₹ 2/- (Rupees two only) each, fully paid-up, ranking pari-passu in all respects.
