Spectrum Electrical Industries Limited signs MOU at Maharashtra Investment Summit 2025

Spectrum Electrical Industries Limited has signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Department of Industries, Government of Maharashtra during Government of Maharashtra's Investment Summit 2025 on 11th April, 2025 at Jalgaon for the purpose of proposed expansion investment of Rs. 100 Crores in Maharashtra.

The Government of Maharashtra will facilitate to the Company to obtain necessary permission / registrations / approvals / clearances / fiscal incentives etc. from the concerned departments of the State, as per the existing policies/rules and regulations of the Government of Maharashtra.

Shares of Spectrum Electrical Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1823.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1724.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 62 in over 10 trades.
