NBCC successfully concludes E-auction of residential units at Aspire Leisure Park, Greater Noida

NBCC (India) Limited has successfully sold 560 residential units at Aspire Leisure Park, Greater Noida (W), U.P. through an e-auction at total sale value of approx. Rs. 1153.13 crore.

NBCC will get marketing fee @ 1% of sale value.

Shares of NBCC (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 89.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 87.03. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2271466 in over 13978 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 90.00 and intraday low of 86.09. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 200650724.00.
