Fire incident at Factory of Signet Industries Limited

On April 11 2028 around 1:30 A.M, fire broken out in open area on some part of the finished goods (stocks) at our factory situated at Plot no. 462-465 and 476-478, Industrial Area, Sector-3, Pithampur, Dist-Dhar-454778. The Fire Brigade was called and the fire was brought under control after considerable efforts by fire brigade, employees of the Company and others. There are no human injuries or casualties. The Company is in the process of ascertaining the cause of the fire and the quantum of damages in the Factory premises. We hope to start production very shortly as there is no damage to machinery.

Shares of Signet Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 51.41 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 52.33. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1889 in over 105 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 55.90 and intraday low of 51.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 100671.00.
