NBCC India Ltd sells 1185 residential units at Aspire Dream Valley, Ph-3, Greater Noida

NBCC (India) Limited has successfully sold 1,185 residential units at Aspire Dream Valley, Ph-III, Greater Noida (W) U.P. through an eauction at total sale value of approx. Rs. 1504.69 crore.

NBCC will get marketing fee @ 1% of sale value.

Shares of NBCC (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 87.03 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 83.08. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2786515 in over 13680 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 87.50 and intraday low of 81.38. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 238997589.00.
