U Y Fincorp Ltd to expand business under 'FUNDOBABA' brand

The Board of Directors of U. Y. Fincorp Limited at their meeting held on 9th April, 2025 i.e., today consider and approved the expansion of its business operations under the New Brand name "FUNDOBABA".

The contractual joint venture agreement dated 9th April, 2025 entered into by the Company with Fintech Cloud Private Limited (FCPL) for expansion of its business into the field on small ticket size Personal and Business Loan under its new brand name "FUNDOBABA". The Company agrees to invest in expansion of its business into the field on small ticket size Personal and Business Loan under its new brand name 'FUNDOBABA" under its own NBFC license and the same will be managed by FCPL.

Shares of U. Y. Fincorp Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 17.11 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 17.83. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2905 in over 59 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 18.00 and intraday low of 17.06. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 50028.00.
