Keerthi Industries Limited enters into lease agreement for new office premises

Keerthi Industries Limited has entered into a lease agreement for a new office premises situated just across the street from its existing Registered Office.

This new premises located at Plot No. S-9A, T.I.E., Balanagar, Hyderabad- 500037, Telangana (1st and 2nd Floor) will serve as the office location for the Cement Division of the Company, which has been relocated from the Registered Office to the leased premises with effect from April 7, 2025.

The relocation has been undertaken in view of the growing space requirements of the Company's Electronics Division, which has shown consistent growth and profitability. The vacated area at the Registered Office will now be utilized by the Electronics Division to support its expansion plans and optimize operational efficiency.

Shares of KEERTHI INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 72.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 71.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 67 in over 6 trades.
