Transformers and Rectifiers India Ltd declares dividend of Rs. 0.20

The Board of Directors of Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited, at its meeting held today, has considered, recommended and approved the Dividend at the rate of 20% i.e. Rs.0.20/- (Rupees Twenty Paisa) per equity share of Rs. 1/- each, subject to approval of shareholder at ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The Board has fixed Friday, 09th May, 2024 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive dividend for the financial year 2024-25. Dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid within a week from the conclusion of the AGM.

The board also fixed Tuesday, 06th May, 2025 as the "Cut-off Date" for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM.

Shares of Transformers And Rectifiers (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 493.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 470.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 143566 in over 2466 trades.
