Refex Green Power Ltd wins tender for Bio-CNG plant at Salem

Refex Green Power Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited, has won a tender for Establishment of 200 TPD Municipal Solid Waste based Bio-CNG plant at Salem under PPP mode on DBFOT Basis for a period of 20 years, vide Letter of Acceptance dated March 28, 2025 (received by the Company on April 01, 2025), issued by Salem City Municipal Corporation.

The Scheduled Commissioning Date (SCD) for commissioning of the full capacity of the Project shall 19 Months from the date of Concession Agreement. (The concession agreement will be signed within 30 days from the date of LOA).

The Project cost is estimated @ ₹65.07 Crore.

Shares of Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 613.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 606.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3820 in over 68 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 639.95 and intraday low of 590.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2338085.00.
