Gabriel India Ltd completes acquisition of assets from Marelli Motherson Auto Suspension Parts Pvt Ltd

Gabriel India Limited ("the Company") had on January 24, 2025 announced proposal to acquire assets (fixed assets and inventory) from Marelli Motherson Auto Suspension Parts Pvt. Ltd. (MMAS), a 50:50 Joint Venture between Marelli Europe S.P.A and Samvardhana Motherson International Limited.

Since all the condition precedents of the aforesaid transaction are duly completed, the Company has now completed transaction on April 1, 2025.

Shares of Gabriel India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 592.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 579.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26520 in over 1468 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 605.55 and intraday low of 579.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 15733579.00.
