Provisional Performance Highlights of Hindustan Copper Ltd's Malanjkhand Copper Project in Madhya Pradesh

During Financial Year 2024-25, Malanjkhand Copper Project (MCP), HCL's flagship Unit in Madhya Pradesh, has achieved the following milestones:

Ore Production:

MCP has achieved an annual ore production of 27,25,206 tonnes, which is 103% of the annual target and marks the highest-ever yearly ore production since inception. The entire production has come from underground mines.

Ore Milling:

MCP has processed 24,34,285 tonnes of copper ore during the year and achieved 97% of the annual target. This is the highest yearly milling in the last two years.

Metalin Concentrate (MIC) Production:

The annual MIC production stands at 19,270 tonnes, which is an achievement of 92% of the annua[ target, and is the highest MIC production in the last five years.

Further, MCP has achieved significant success in the month of March 2025 as detailed below:

Ore Production:

A record 3,00,363 tonnes of ore was produced in March 2025, which is an achievement of 133% of the monthly target and the highest-ever monthly production since inception.

Ore Milling:

The ore milling in March 2025 was 2,19,035 tonnes, which is104% of the monthly target and marking the highest monthly milling in the last five years.

Metal in Concentrate (MIC) Production:

The MIC production in March 2025 was 1,605 tonnes, which is an achievement of 81% of the monthly target.

Shares of Hindustan Copper Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 221.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 220.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 204104 in over 1916 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 223.60 and intraday low of 216.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 45023009.00.
