Quess Corp Ltd fixes April 15, 2025 as record date for demerger

The Board of Directors of Quess Corp Limited (Demerged Company), Digitide Solutions Limited (Resulting Company 1) and Bluspring Enterprises Limited (Resulting Company 2) have fixed the Record date i.e. Tuesday, 15th April, 2025 for the purpose of ascertaining the shareholders of the Demerged Company who will be entitled to receive fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10/- each of the Resulting Company 1 and Resulting Company 2.

Accordingly, 1 equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up of the Resulting Company 1 shall be issued and allotted for every 1 equity share of face value of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up held by equity shareholders of the Demerged Company, and 1 equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up of the Resulting Company 2 shall be issued and allotted for every 1 equity share of face value of Rs 10/- each fully paid-up held by equity shareholders of the Demerged Company.

The equity shares proposed to be allotted by the Resulting Company 1 and Resulting Company 2 are to be listed with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the BSE Limited subject to the applicable regulations and the necessary regulatory approvals.

Shares of Quess Corp Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 659.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 651.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13260 in over 1126 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 669.00 and intraday low of 645.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8718097.00.
