Josts Engineering Company Ltd announces Exclusive Distribution Agreement for 'Zowell' Brand Warehouse Material Handling Equipment in India

Josts Engineering Company Limited ('JOSTS') is pleased to announce that it has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Suzhou Pioneer Material Handling Equipment & Technology Co., Ltd ('Zowell'). This strategic partnership enables JOSTS to promote and sell 'Zowell' brand warehouse material handling equipment, along with related spare parts and services, throughout the Republic of India.

Key Highlights of the Agreement:

Josts is appointed as the exclusive distributor for 'Zowell' brand warehouse material handling equipment in India. JOSTS will leverage its extensive sales channels and customer relationships to promote and sell 'Zowell' products directly and through authorized dealers across India. All sales inquiries from India received by Zowell will be directed to JOSTS. In cases where Zowell makes direct sales to India, JOSTS will be notified and entitled to a commission as per the Agreement. Under this agreement, products in regular projects (excluding government projects) will be sold under the trademarks "Zowell+Josts" and "Zowell + JECL" (Josts' 100% owned subsidiary).

Suzhou Pioneer Material Handling Equipment & Technology Co.,Ltd : Established in 2005 and headquartered in Suzhou's Wuzhong District, Zowell is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the manufacturing of material handling equipment. Their product portfolio includes VNA narrow-aisle forklifts, driverless AGV forklifts, electric pallet trucks, stackers, reach trucks, tractors, and customized equipment for various industries. Zowell's products have widely replaced imported brands and are utilized in sectors such as aviation, new energy, medicine and food, electronics and power, ecommerce and new retail, auto parts, tobacco logistics, and cold chain. The company has fully implemented the ISO9001 quality management system, and its products have passed CE certification.
