EPACK Durable Ltd receives approval for disbursement of 2nd tranche of incentive under PLI Scheme for White Goods

EPACK Durable Limited ("Company") had made an application under PLI Scheme for White goods dated September 15, 2021 and subsequently received Government of India's ("GOI") approval vide approval number IFCI/CASD/DPIIT/PLIWG-211112058 dated November 12, 2021.

The Company made requisite investment in Target Segment which is manufacturing of Room Air Conditioner (RAC) Components (Control Assemblies for IDU or ODU or Remotes; Cross Flow Fan (CFF); Heat Exchangers; Sheet Metal Components; Plastic Moulding Components; Motor; Display Panel (LCD/LED), Compressor, Copper Tubing) during the Financial Year 2021-22 and 2022-23.

The said manufacturing of RAC Components takes place at Company's state of the art manufacturing facility situated at Dehradun (Uttarakhand), Bhiwadi, (Rajasthan), Sri City (Andhra Pradesh).

The Company had received first tranche of incentive under the Scheme pursuant to approval letter dated March 27, 2024.

After audit and due diligence carried out by nodal agency appointed by GOI, the Company has received approval for disbursement of its 2nd tranche of PLI Incentive from GOI for the Financial Year 2023-24 vide letter dated March 20, 2025.

Company had received approval for disbursement of its 2nd tranche of incentive under PLI Scheme for White Goods, from competent authorities of GOI. The Company had made requisite investments as per terms of PLI approval, in the Target Segment of manufacturing of RAC Components during the Financial Year 2021-22 & 2022-23 and subsequently, after audits and due diligence carried out by the nodal agencies appointed by the GOI, the Company has received approval for disbursement of 2nd tranche of incentive of ₹ 30 Crore (Rupees Thirty Crore Only) for the Financial year 2023-24, under the said scheme.

Shares of EPACK Durable Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 358.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 369.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 240258 in over 5390 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 376.00 and intraday low of 356.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 87742411.00.
