Zomato Ltd is now Eternal Ltd

The Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA"), has approved the change in name of the Company from "Zomato Limited" to "Eternal Limited", with effect from March 20, 2025.

The name of the Company, thus, stands amended to "Eternal Limited" with effect from March 20, 2025, and the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company stands altered to the extent of the change of name of the Company.

Shares of Zomato Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 224.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 223.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1520731 in over 10552 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 228.20 and intraday low of 221.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 342052022.00.
