Oberoi Realty Limited opens 'Sky City Mall' at Borivali East, Mumbai

Oberoi Realty Limited has announced about the soft launch of the mall property by the name 'Sky City Mall' situate at Borivali East, Mumbai, and that the same has been opened for public from March 15, 2025.

The said mall having a gross leasable area (GLA) of approximately 12.07 lakh sq. ft. equivalent to leasable carpet area of approximately 7.24 lakh sq. ft. is part of the 25 acres mixed use project under the name of 'Sky City' developed by Incline Realty Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Shares of Oberoi Realty Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1532.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1571.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6117 in over 1030 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1581.70 and intraday low of 1529.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9528909.00.
