GVK Power Board declares 25% interim dividend

GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meetings held on October 23, 2006, inter alia, considered and declared an Interim Dividend at the rate of Rs 2.50 per equity share (25%).
