Pradhin Ltd allots 67,65,48,800 bonus shares

The Board of Directors of Pradhin Ltd has, at its meeting held today i.e. Monday, 10th March, 2025, approved the allotment of 67,65,48,800 Equity Shares of Rs. 1/- each as fully paid bonus equity shares, to the members whose names appear in the Register of Members as on 07th March, 2025 i.e. Record Date fixed for this purpose, in the proportion of 2:1 i.e 2 (Two) Equity Share of Re 1/- each for every 1 (One) Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each held.

Consequently, the paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 33,82,74,400/- consisting of 33,82,74,400 equity shares of Rs. 1/- each to Rs. 101,48,23,200 /- consisting of 101,48,23,200 equity shares of Rs. 1/- each.

The Bonus Equity Shares as allotted above shall rank pari-passu and carry the same rights with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
